We will endeavour to despatch all product orders on the same day if the order is placed before 12 noon. This only applies on normal business days, i.e. Monday–Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Orders can ONLY be delivered within the UK.

*Special Delivery – The cost of this service is only available for packages up to a maximum weight of 2kg. Please note we will make every effort to get your order out on the same day for orders placed before 12 noon.

Recorded Delivery (Signed for)

We recommend Royal Mail Recorded delivery for all orders being delivered to a business address. This allows for orders to be signed for upon receipt.

 

Delivery Information

  1. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Postage , unless recipient has chosen otherwise.
  2. All our products are dispatched via Royal Mail Postage with the exception of orders over the weight of 2kg. These are dispatched via Interlink / Parceline.
  3. All purchasers have the option to choose Special Delivery allowing a guaranteed next day delivery as long as the order is received before 12 noon  (business working days only Monday - Thursday).
  4. Due to the nature of the products most parcels cannot be posted through letterboxes. If Royal Mail are unable to deliver, a card will be left advising of the attempted delivery, a further delivery can be arranged or alternatively collection via the nearest depot.
  5. For non-collected parcels via Royal Mail Depots, these will be returned to The RMP / Disifin after a three-week period.
  6. Parcels can only be posted to recipients within the UK and Northern Ireland. (Call for overseas orders)
  7. For orders to a business working address we would recommend choosing first class recorded delivery. All goods need to be signed for allowing for traceability.

Shipping & Returns

We endeavour to despatch orders received before midday on the same day using a 24 hour or 48 hour service depending on your location (Mon - Fri excl. UK and local bank holidays) but please allow upto 28 days for delivery. When your order is dispatched, we will notify you by email. Your order will be delivered by an insured courier service and may require a signature of specified.
Orders received after midday or at the weekend will be despatched the next UK business day.


The weight limit for all orders is 10KG and the contents must fit inside a single box. Orders over 10KG or containing several large items may incur an additional delivery charge of £3 per box. We will make every reasonable effort to pack all items ordered in to a single box, but for health and safety reasons this is not always possible.


We have huge stocks but occasionally items go out of stock. If this happens we will notify you of the delay and offer an alternative, or you may choose to have a refund.


All goods are checked before dispatch, but in the very unlikely event of any items in your order being damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of signing for the goods, giving details of the damaged items. We will then arrange for the damaged goods to be collected free of charge. When the items have been received by RMP UK Ltd. we will inspect the goods, and if damaged, they will be replaced free of charge without delay.


In some cases, we can operate a customer collection service as we operate from a warehouse and have a collection service facility. Based in Muswell Hil,l London, N10 3LU
If you believe that there may be item(s) missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of signing for your order and we will investigate the situation.

If you decide that you placed the order in error the items you have ordered. Please download and complete a returns form (please click here) before returning the goods to the address detailed on our contact page. You should also read our terms and conditions to ensure your order is eligible for returning to us. The goods must be returned in their original condition, at your expense, within 7 days of the goods being delivered and signed for. We accept no liability for loss or damage during return transit. Confirmation of posting is no guarantee of delivery and items should be sent via a "signed for" service.


Please note that you have a statutory right to cancel your within 7 days of delivery by written notice.
